  • Do you take insurance?

    We are private pay only for right now. We do provide out of network insurance superbills with all necessary codes to submit for reimbursement. Our best advice is to call your insurance company first to see what documentation they require for out of network speech and language services.

  • How long will my child be in speech therapy for?

    It is hard for us to say how long your child will need speech therapy. Each child’s prognosis is based on factors such as, the nature of the communication disorder, the frequency of services, implementation of a home program, etc. Our therapists are all committed to being completely honest and transparent with our families. We work to ensure that our clients are on the best treatment plan to meet each one of our goals!

  • Do you only see clients in your office in Armonk?

    No, we have therapists that go into homes, schools and daycares in Westchester. Ask us about our “pop-up groups” throughout Westchester and Putnam counties.

  • Do you accept EI or CPSE clients?

    No, unfortunately we don’t. HOWEVER, two of our co-owners own Westchester-Putnam TheraTeam which is an agency that provides CPSE and EI services in Westchester, Putnam & Dutchess counties. For more information, call 845-519-2295. They will walk you through the evaluation process, find you a therapist and so on.

  • Are all of your therapists licensed?

    Yes, our speech-language pathologists hold their NYS licenses and Certificate of Clinical Competence by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. There is a chance your therapist may be a clinical fellow-SLP. All CF’s work under a licensed speech-language pathologist.

  • What is a clinical fellow- SLP?

    A clinical fellow simply means that the therapist completed their masters in speech-language pathology and communication disorders. They have completed over 400 hours in clinical practicum treating various communication disorders and now they have to work their first 9 months under a licensed speech pathologist. This entails supervision, discussion of treatment plans and signing off on session notes & reports.
